What should you do?
15-15-15 Rule Eat 15 grams of simple sugars such as: 1 tablespoon of sugar dissolved in a cup of water, a tablespoon of honey, half a cup of juice, to raise your blood sugar level, then check your blood sugar after 15 minutes. If your blood sugar is still below 70, eat another serving and wait another 15 minutes for it to rise.
Once your blood sugar returns to normal (above 70), have a snack to make sure it doesn't drop again.
For example:
One slice of toast with tuna or eggs, a tablespoon of cheese, one apple, or a cup of whole milk.
